Stay as long as the healing needs. Natural healing is coupled here with yog sadhana, day after day.

Dining

Indoor and outdoor dining. The food is satvik, from our own organic farming.

The distinction between fasting and starving is as clear as day and night. Fasting is important in naturopathy, but it has no place for starving.
